Announcement The Western Australian Chapter of the IAH is pleased to announce the annual full day seminar. This year’s theme is the major task of getting the Water Balance right across the landscapes of the Southwest of Western Australia. Here many hydrological investigators are searching for an understanding of the water cycle so that, ideally, water arriving at both production and natural settings remains in adequate availability and quality. Invited speakers from academia, government agencies and industry are leaders in their field. They will be speaking on the climate in the region, the measurement of water levels, the urban water streams and handling of biproducts in sustainable ways, and the newer land uses we are looking to for better water-use efficiency. Please book this day in your diaries.
