The Special Issue explores how the knowledge gained from intensive work conducted in the Surat Basin, especially related to coal seam gas (CSG) activities, can inform research and management in other parts of the GAB. Carlos will provide a synthesis of the recent advances contained in this body of knowledge authored across institutions (i.e. universities, research agencies, government departments, and CSG and consultant companies).
