Join the IAH NSW Chapter for an engaging panel discussion bringing together leaders from academia, industry, schools, and professional organisations to explore the future of geoscience and hydrogeology education. The discussion will cover topics ranging from school and university education to graduate capabilities, industry expectations, and strategies for promoting geoscience careers to students.

Panel Members
- Professor Martin Andersen (UNSW) – Associate Professor with the UNSW Water Research Laboratory and School of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
- Professor Wendy Timms (formerly UNSW and Deakin University) – Environmental engineer and hydrogeologist with over 30 years of experience spanning industry, government, consulting, and academia.
- Joanna Sylvester (Australian Geoscience Council) – Engineering geologist and an advocate for geoscience education and professional development across Australia.
- Caroline Burge (Barker College) – High school science educator and Coordinator of Earth & Environmental Science at Barker College.
The discussion will be moderated by Graham Hawkes and John Bradd.
