IAH WA Reconciliation Week – Special Screening
This is film about the aboriginal cultural connection to groundwater in the Great Sandy Desert.
The film will be preceded by a talk from Annette Stokes, a senior Wongutha and Mulba-Ngadu woman from Tjuntjuntjarra, who was awarded with an Order of Australia for her contribution to medical research, including a study on the impact of nitrate in groundwater on kidney health in aboriginal communities.
