IAH-NSW Monthly talk: ‘Data-Centric Groundwater Modelling: Quantifying Uncertainty in Groundwater Predictions’

Wednesday 29 January, 2014

Dear IAH friends,

With our heartiest wishes for a happy and successful 2014, IAH NSW proudly presents the first technical meeting of this year; a presentation by George Mathews, a Senior Researcher at the Control and Signal Processing Research Group. George will talk about a collaborative project by Department of primary Industry (in particular NSW Office of Water) and NICTA, which aims to develop new and direct methods of  measuring the uncertainty  as well as identifying sources of uncertainty in variously-scaled groundwater models.

We look forward to seeing you all on Tuesday the 11th of February at the Parsons Brinkerhoff Offices (Ernst & Young Centre, Level 26, 680 George Street, Sydney CBD) at 5:30 (for 6:00 start). Refreshments and finger food will be provided (with special thanks to PB for their ever so generous support). If you are a little late, please give Ellen a call on  0434 996 372 for access to level 26. for more information on the presentation and the venue click here!
