The Western Australian Chapter of the International Association of Hydrogeologists has nearly three hundred members, many of whom work in the mining industry. It is supported by a committee of 17 hydrogeologists; their positions and contact details are listed below.
The WA Chapter has a very active technical programme. In 2013 we hosted 9 technical presentations, and hosted the 40th Annual IAH International Congress with extensive papers, posters, and courses and a huge international attendance. The WA committee has arranged a social evening in recent years which appears to becoming more popular each year. The next few events are shown below; the complete schedule of events for the year is also available.
